HITCHKI is an Indian restaurant in Cheadle that strives to provide a new experience using traditional and ancient flavours. Three friends founded it from Mumbai, Goa and Delhi with over 20 years of hospitality experience. We opened our first restaurant, COPPER LOUNGE, to bring flavours back home under one roof with copper cutlery and crockery for an authentic dine-in experience. Indian Cooking is our passion, and bringing back these authentic and ancient flavours is challenging. The flavours and spices passed down for generations are brought back into today's modern world through our research in India, speaking with grans, mums and travelling to different states to find that secret spice and process of cooking ingredients.
